Fortune cookies
Description
They are just part of every New Year's Eve party: fortune cookies. We have a great DIY idea for them. Ours aren't edible but can be used over and over again instead.

Cutting the template
Print our freebie and cut out the circular fortune cookie pattern as well as the sayings.
Cutting the fortune cookies
Copy the circular fortune cookie pattern on the felt or rubber foam and cut it out afterwards.
Shaping the fortune cookies
Fold the circle into a semi-circle. Close the open side with a bit of glue. For rubber foam and felt, hot glue is the most suitable. Press them with your fingers until the glue is dry.
Inserting the fortunes
Now, put your saying into the semi-circle and fold the closed side as seen on the picture.
Gluing it all together
Close this side with glue as well and let dry thoroughly.
All Done! Your Fortune Cookies are ready
A small hint: For using the fortune cookies over and over again, you can fold the saying once and slide into the fortune cookie halfway.
