A velvety stretch wonder!

This imitation suede is not only velvety soft, but also very slightly cross-elastic and therefore wonderfully flexible. Its slightly fluffy surface is reminiscent of suede, so it’s perfect for using as a faux suede. But the underside of the fabric is also impressive! It consists of a faux fur and is cuddly soft. Lining is therefore not necessary. And you don't even have to trim the fabric because the raw edges won't fray!

  • YOUR SEWING PROJECT: You can use this stretchy faux suede to sew on-trend skirts, cool suede leggings or stylish jackets. To sew stretch suede, you’re best off using a jersey needle and a stretch stitch.
  • Please note that the fabric coating wears off over time, resulting in unique signs of abrasion and wear. This is part of the design and is not a quality defect. To protect the fabric, wash it on a gentle cycle if possible, and inside out.
